| Aim of Subject: |
To familiarize the students with various legal concepts; to underline the importance and enforcement of various legal rights in the research and development environment; and to introduce new problems and challenges caused by the ICT to the various legal fields. |
| Learning Outcome of Subject: |
At the completion of the subject, students should be able to :
- Understand the concept of law.
- Understand the basics principles related to various issues like contract law, cyber law, land law, law of tort and employment law.
- Apply the available law to problems that may arise.
- Understand various restrictions in applying the available laws.
