Dear Students and all supervisors,

The following procedures on Project for Master By Coursework are endorsed by the Faculty board recently.

The Project timeline at the beginning of the Module including the dates of Work Completion Seminar, submission of draft report and submission of final report. The following timelines are as below:

• Week 13 – Last date Submission of Draft Report (70-80% completion)
• Week 14 – Work Completion seminar
• Within 4 weeks after the work completion seminar – Submission of Examination Dissertation to FET (Date will be announced after the work completion seminar).
• Followed by BOE to endorse Project result and decide on those fail to submit (F or CON).
  • CON – (Continue) if student fails to submit report based on the stipulated time above. Students need to register again their Part 2 and pay the fees.
  • I – (Incomplete) should be between the duration from Work Completion Seminar until submission of final report.

Students may collect their result slip at FET Office starting from 10 a.m., 3 August until 3 September 2010. The uncollected result slips will be returned to Examination and Record Unit (ERU) for disposal.

Please refer to the result slip number at FET notice board before collect the result slip. Students must bring along their student ID card for the collection of result slip.

• ID number: 1071116284 - 1092701106, please collect from Counter 3 (Ms. Ramlah).

For students that are currently having their industrial training, please contact Ms. Azida via e-mail (azida@mmu.edu.my)or call (06-2523653 or 06-2523984), if they want the administrative office to keep their result slip.

Please be informed that students may start to download the lab sheet in FET Lab Website (http://fet.mmu.edu.my/~lab/).

Besides, students may start to view the Lab Schedule and Lab Grouping in FET Lab Website (http://fet.mmu.edu.my/~lab/) and MMU Bulletin (http://bulletin.mmu.edu.my) from 11 June 2010 (Friday) 3:00 p.m. onwards.

If a student found that his/her name is not listed in the lab grouping for the subject that he/she is taking, kindly refer to the lab staff in-charge where the lab experiment is to be conducted for lab group registration. Thank you.
